abstract The present invention relates to the field of continuous manufacturing of composite pyrotechnic products.n n n In a mixer (1) a thermosetting liquid binder (3) is mixed with a thickening filler (4) so as to obtain a viscous and non-reactive premix (2) at room temperature which can then be mixed with oxidizing fillers ( 17) to give, after extrusion and cutting, intermediate products (24) not yet crosslinked but having stable geometric dimensions. The structure of the products (24) is subsequently frozen by crosslinking the binder in an oven (26).n n n The invention allows continuous industrial production in series of small crosslinked composite pyrotechnic charges without "pot life" constraint since the binder is non-evolving at room temperature.
