abstract A polysiloxane-containing treating agent for tissue paper products contains 25 to 95 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol and/or glycerine liquid at room temperature, 5 to 75 parts by weight polysiloxane and 0 to 25 parts by weight water with respect to 100 parts by weight of said mixture. Also disclosed is a process for applying said medium on a tissue paper web and its use.
