abstract A device for determining the concentration of n hemoglobin derivatives in an undiluted, unhemolyzed whole blood sample (2) present in a cuvette (1) has a device (3) for providing a primary beam (4) which consists of at least n essentially monochromatic, narrow-band radiation components of different wavelengths exist. A detection device (5) is also provided, which measures the radiation penetrating the cuvette (1).
