abstract Described is a detergent composition comprising (A) ansulfate ester surfactant, (B) at least one surfactantnselected from amphoteric surfactants, amine oxidensurfactants, alkanol amide surfactants and amide amino-acidnsurfactants, (C) a cationic bactericide and (D) a metalnchelating agent, the weight ratio of said (A) to (B) beingn1-50 and the content of said (C) being 0.2 wt.% to 5 wt.%. n The detergent composition according to the presentninvention has excellent detergency, foamability and foamndurability and at the same time, has high bactericidalneffects because it can be mixed stably with a cationicnbactericide.
