abstract The casing of thermo-emissive component (s) (1) comprises a hermetic capsule (5) for improving the thermal transmission to the cooler (2) outside the casing (1). This capsule (5) is produced by depositing a thickness of a fluid material (6) on the active external surface (3) of thermal transfer of the housing (1), then by covering this fluid material (6) with a physical barrier ( 7) hermetically fixed by its periphery to the periphery of the active surface (3). The fluid material (6) is a good conductor of heat and flows under low pressures, and the barrier (7) is deformable, fluid-tight, so as to conform to the surface irregularities of the external cooler (2) under the distribution and pressure equalization action filled by the fluid material (6) when the housing (1) is pressurized on the cooler (2).n n n Application to the cooling of all equipment generating heat.
