A laboratory reactor apparatus includes a suction tube (50), at least a portion of which has a constricted inside diameter (54). The lower portion of the suction tube (50) is sealed to a sintered frit filter medium (50f). The suction tube mounts (50) in a reactor block into a reactor vial (12) for receiving chemical components. An inlet channel (18) with a first seal (26) is formed through the block and conveys chemical component materials to the vial (12), and a suction channel (48) with a second seal (30), coaxial with the suction tube (50), is used to remove resultant chemical compound materials therefrom. A pressurized gas channel (22) containing inert gas is formed through the block to intersect the suction channel (48) and the inlet channel. |
