Recombinant viral pseudo-particles characterized in that they are constituted by self-assembly of at least one protein of viral structure, in that they have a size of between approximately 20 and 60 nm, in that they form a approximately icosahedral structure, and in that said protein is modified by the presence of at least one epitope comprising a sequence of 8 or 9 amino acids capable of associating with at least one class I molecule of the major histocompatibility complex, said association being recognized by cytotoxic CD8 + T lymphocytes.n n n These pseudo-particles can be used as antiviral vaccines or as drugs. |
