The subject of the present invention is a synthetic particulate vector, characterized in that it comprises: a non-liquid hydrophilic nucleus, an external layer consisting at least in part of amphiphilic compounds, associated with the nucleus by hydrophobic interactions or ionic bonds. It also relates to a process for the preparation of a particulate vector by encapsulation of an ionizable active principle, as well as the vectors which can be obtained by this process. Finally, it relates to pharmaceutical, cosmetological or food-use compositions containing such vectors. |
