abstract The present invention relates to a method for treating the surface of an electrical conductor such as a bar belonging to a busbar, and to busbars capable of being obtained by this method.n n n This method of treatment, in particular against oxidation, of a conductor such as an aluminum bar (1) comprises a first step consisting in anodizing the total surface (4) of the bar (1), a second step consisting in sanding its connection surface (2), and a third step consisting in coating at least part of this connection surface (2) with a protective conductive metal (3) by thermal spraying of this metal.
