abstract Discolsed herein is a ruminant feed additivencomposition in the form of a powder or granulesnwhich comprises as active ingredients a gastricnantacid and optionally a water-insoluble salt of anpolyvalent metal-sensitive, water-soluble high-molecularnsubstance together with a phosphoric acid-aminonacid-polyvalent metal composite salt composednof a phosphoric acid such as orthophosphoric acid,na polyphosphoric acid or a metaphosphoric acid, anbasic amino acid such as lysine or methionine, annalkaline earth metal such as calcium or magnesiumnand, optionally a polyvalent metal such asnaluminium. n Also is disclosed a method of feeding anruminant with above-mentioned phosphoric acid-aminonacid-polyvalent metal composite salt and a gastricnantacid.
