abstract | Microsensor for electrochemical measurements making it possible to determine in an aqueous medium the concentration or the concentration gradient of at least one chemical compound of small size or molecular mass in organic, mineral, neutral or ionic form, comprising a network (15) of microelectrodes ( 16), shaped on a plate (10) supported by an insulating substrate (7), and connected to a contact allowing it to be connected to a measuring device by at least one conductor protected by an insulating coating, characterized in that said microsensor is completely covered by a hydrophilic gel (25) inert with respect to the chemical compound, having a hydration rate of at least 70% and a thickness of at least 10 times greater than the size of the microelectrodes (16) , and an integrated electrochemical microsystem comprising it. |
