titleOfInvention | Toner for developing electrostatic image, image forming method and process-cartridge |
abstract | A toner for developing an electrostatic image nis formed as a mixture of toner particles containing nat least a binder resin and a colorant, and inorganic nfine powder. The inorganic fine powder includes: (A) ninorganic fine powder (A) treated at least with nsilicone oil, and (B) inorganic fine powder (B) ncomprising a composite metal oxide including at least nSi as a constituent element and having a weight-average nparticle size of 0.3 - 5 µm. Because of the ninclusion of the two types of inorganic fine powders n(A) and (B), the toner is stably provided with a high nflowability and a high triboelectric charge under nvarious environmental conditions including low-humidity nto high-humidity conditions. The toner is nsuitably used in an image forming system including a ncontact-charging means, a contact-transfer means and a nfilm (or surf)-fixing system. |
