titleOfInvention Method and device for the disposal of a cation exchanger
abstract The invention concerns a method and device for the disposal of a cation exchanger (3) contaminated with radioactive and inactive cations. The invention calls for the inactive cations which are not bivalent to be converted into anionic complexes and these complexes to be flushed out of the exchanger (3). For this purpose, the cation exchanger (3) is connected to a feed line (4) for a complexing agent and to a discharge line (6).
