abstract A device for measuring and geometric control of wheeled vehicles comprises means for determining physical parameters which can be used for calculating the characteristic angles and distances for vehicles to be checked. Each physical parameter determination means comprises in combination: at least one substantially horizontal light radiation 8 emitted by a light emission source 5, at least one image forming means of said source on an optical linear sensor 7, and at at least one optical linear sensor, preferably of the CCD (charge coupled sensor) or PSD (position sensitive sensor) type, capable of receiving at least two substantially horizontal light radiations coming from at least two distinct sources.
