Ulinastatin-containing suppository is produced by emulsifying an aqueous solution of ulinastatin in an oily base uniformly in the presence of an emulsifier and then solidifying the emulsion. The ulinastatin-containing suppository exhibits high stability even if it is stored for a prolonged time. In addition, it can be manufactured on an industrial scale. |
