titleOfInvention | Aqueous ink for ink jet recording |
abstract | An aqueous ink composition which contains a water-insoluble pigment, a water-soluble organic solvent and water. Although the ink does not substantially contain a dispersant, the water-insoluble pigment is maintained in dispersion, and the ink composition is stable enough to provide excellent printed matters. The stable ink composition can be obtained without requiring a step of dispersing the pigment by a ball mill or the like. |
