Double-stranded DNA (I) encoding an RNA (II) able to form a triple helix with a single-stranded nucleic acid target (III) is new. Also claimed are: (1) expression vectors contg. (I) and (2) (II), specifically composite RNA comprising >=2 regions, one forming a double helix with (III) or part of it, the other forming a triple helix with this double helix, these 2 regions being joined by 1 or 2 arms and each continuous or interrupted. |
