titleOfInvention | Novel tyrosine kinase |
abstract | A novel cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase which is enhanced in the extent of expression thereof in accordance with blood cell differentiation, and a DNA coding for the same. This kinase can be utilized for screening chemical substances which at least inhibit or activate its activity. The invention also discloses a replicable recombinant DNA prepared by integrating replicably the above DNA into a replicable expression vector; a microorganism or an animal cell transformed by the recombinant DNA; an antibody prepared by using at least part of the amino acid sequence of the tyrosine kinase as an immunogen; a sense DNA and an antisense DNA both prepared by using the cDNA of the tyrosine kinase; and a sense RNA and an antisense RNA. |
