A nutritive composition for infants characterized in containing milt grinds and/or a milt fraction is disclosed. The milt grinds and/or the milt fraction is preferably contained in the composition in an amount of 0.1 to 10 weight% on the basis of solid contents. The milt grinds are preferably prepared by removing outer skin of milt, grinding the milt, and deodorizing it with one or more solutions selected from the group consisting of water, brine and alcohol. The milt fraction is preferably prepared by deodorizing milt, and treating it by one or more methods selected from the group consisting of acid-extraction and enzyme hydrolysis. |
