2,9-disubstituted purin-6-ones are prepared by acylating appropriately substituted aminoimidazoles in a first step and then cyclizing to purine. The new 2,9-disubstituted purin-6-ones can be used as active ingredients in medicinal products, especially for the treatment of inflammation, thromboembolic, cardiovascular and circulatory diseases and diseases of the genitourinary system. |
