| abstract |
The disclosure relates to a method and sensor structure fornmeasuring the concentration of nonpolar gases such as carbonndioxide. According to the method, the concentration of the nonpolarngas adsorbed/absorbed in a polymer film (2) is determined byndetecting the weight of the polymer film (2). According to thenapplication, the dielectric coefficient of the polymer film (2) isnmeasured, and on the basis of this, a correction is made in thenconcentration measurement result obtained from the weightnmeasurement. |
