titleOfInvention Method for obtaining improved-purity fat derivatives from aqueous emulsions or dispersions
abstract Described is a method of obtaining fat derivatives with a particularly low ash content by decomposing aqueous emulsions or dispersions of natural fats and oils with alkyl sulphates of the formula R<1>O-SO3X, in which R<1> is a straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group with 6 to 12 carbon atoms and X is an alkali metal, to obtain the required products in the way described in the prior art. An additional advantage of the invention is that the waste water produced has a particularly low COD value.
