Method for the preparation of a mixture of N-acylated aminoacids whose carboxylic functions are free or salified, comprising the following steps: a) each of the constitutive aminoacids forming a desired protein is selected, said aminoacids being in individual form; b) the aminoacids selected in step a) are mixed; c) the aminoacids of the mixture formed in step b) are N-acylated; and optionally, d) the free carboxylic function of the N-acylated functions of the N-acylated aminoacids are salified. |
