The present invention provides a novel drug for treating glaucoma. n The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent for glaucoma and an ocular hypotensive agent, which comprise an aminoalkoxybibenzyl represented by the formula (I):n n wherein R¹ represents a hydrogen atom, a C₁-C₅ alkoxy group, etc.; R² represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, etc.; R³ represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, -O-CO-(CH₂) l -COOH (wherein l is an integer of 1 to 3), etc.; and R⁴ represents -NR⁵R⁶ (wherein R⁵ and R⁶ independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C₁-C₈ alkyl group), etc. nor a salt thereof as an active ingredient. |
