abstract |
The invention is directed to a method of and apparatus for counting multiple chemiluminescent samples that are not separated but instead are arranged as an array or bands on a continuous support matrix. The chemiluminescence is filtered using a neutral density filter or a coloured filter to reduce the count rate, thereby enhancing the precision of chemiluminescence detection. |
