A process for the production of a dis-azo pigment which process comprises:n (a) forming a powder of a dis-azo pigment in air at from 100 to 300°C for up to 0.5 hours from an aqueous paste or slurry of the pigment; and (b) keeping the thus obtained powder at from 50 to 150°C for from 0.5 to 10 hours. |
