abstract The subject of the invention is the application of the compounds of formula (I): in which, R₁ and R₂ represent an alkyl of 1 to 8 carbon atoms or a benzyl, or form together with the nitrogen to which they are linked a saturated heterocycle with 5 or 6 members R₃ in position α or ß represents a methyl, n is between 2 and 10, and either R₄ and R₅ together form an oxo, or R₄ represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl or acyloxy group having at most 12 carbon atoms and R₅ represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl, acyloxy having at most 12 carbon atoms, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl each having at most 8 carbon atoms, R₆ and R₇ together form an oxo, or, identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl or acyloxy , or else R₅ and R₆ together form a double bond and R₄ and R₇ are hydrogen atoms, as well as their addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids, for obtaining a medicament intended for the control of fertility and in pa particular to the control of male fertility.
