Monoazo compounds are described which have dye properties and are capable of dyeing hydroxy- and / or carbonamide group-containing material, in particular fiber material such as cellulose fibers, for example cotton, wool and nylon, in strong, true tones. These monoazo compounds have, as the diazo component, the 1-sulfo-6-carboxy-2-amino-naphthalene and an amino group-containing coupling component which is customary in dye chemistry and to the amino group of which a 2-halo-s-triazin-6-yl radical is bonded as a fiber-reactive radical , the 4-position of which is substituted by the remainder of an N-heterocycle or by an amino group which can be substituted by optionally substituted alkyl and phenyl radicals. |
