titleOfInvention | Process and device for controlling a pacemaker by monitoring at least one physiological parameter |
abstract | The pacemaker includes a servo-control to at least one physiological parameter and has a mode of desynchronization of the ventricular stimulation when the atrial rhythm is too fast.n n n The detected coupling interval (PP) is compared with the setpoint escape interval (IE ASSERV ) calculated by the servo and reduced by a prematurity factor ( x ), for example 0 to 50%, preferably approximately 37.5% of the set escape interval.n n n After the comparison, the number of cardiac cycles for which the detected coupling interval is greater than this setpoint escape interval is counted and the desynchronization mode (REPLIED) is triggered when the corresponding account value (C STSV ) exceeds a given threshold ( y ), for example 50 to 75%, preferably about 75%, of the total number (N) of cardiac cycles analyzed. |
