abstract The invention relates to a device for receiving stabilizing agents for beverages such as beer, wine, fruit juice or other liquids. Cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone is used to stabilize these liquids. Polyphenols, adsorbed.n n n In order to develop an easy-to-use device that can hold a large amount of granular stabilizing agent (7), the device is designed as a cartridge (2) which has a liquid-permeable inflow wall (19) and a liquid-permeable drain wall (20). The liquid-permeable walls (19, 20) together with an adjacent housing wall (9, 10; 13, 14) delimiting the cartridge (2) delimit a receiving space (18, 21) which can be filled with the stabilizing agent (7).
