An implantation system is proposed for the rapid and precise execution of operations for blocking vertebral bodies (17, 18), in which the processing instruments, such as drills, chisels, bone broaching tools, implant insertion tools, interact with an auxiliary device that enables the respective tool to be applied precisely and quickly enables. The auxiliary device can be an elongated guide instrument, which consists of guide rails (11, 12) or a guide cylinder and has a spreading device (114-116). A spacer, which is inserted into the gap after the relevant vertebral bodies have spread, can also be designed as an auxiliary device. |
