abstract |
The invention relates to the separation of a mixture of materials from thermoplastic polymers which contain low-molecular compounds to be separated, by solvent extraction and thermovacuum treatment of a melt of the mixture in an extruder with a plurality of high-pressure zones H1 to H4 and low-pressure zones N1 to N3 and with a separation medium with a solvent character, in particular with Water, in the front solvent extraction zones, the low pressure zones N1 and N2 with a residual pressure (p) of the condition 1 bar ≦ p ≦ p c and the thermovacuum treatment of the melt is only then carried out in the last low pressure zone N3. The process can advantageously be used to separate a mixture of substances with the main component polyamide-6 and the secondary component ε-caprolactam. |
