The fruit-containing liquid foodstuffs enriched with nutrients, vitamins and minerals with a fruit content of 25 to 100% by weight, an acidity calculated as tartaric acid of at least 5 g / l and a pH value of at most 4.5 additionally containing at least 2,000 mg / l dissolved calcium phosphate. They preferably contain other minerals. They are suitable for reducing or preventing signs of demineralization of the tooth enamel, which are observed when enjoying acidic beverages. |
