abstract The demultiplexing device receives information cells which are constituted by a header part containing an indication of the destination and by a data part formed by the useful information to be transmitted. This device comprises: at least one input port (200) for receiving said cells, a plurality of output ports (190₁ - 190₆) for users, at least one network circuit (205) to which an access is connected input and which comprises a header analysis member (310), a plurality of service circuits (230, 240) to each of which is assigned at least one output access, a common line (220). It is characterized in that each network circuit includes a routing table (320) for providing on the common data line routing information which defines at least the service circuit for which the cell is intended and a combinatorial member (325) to transmit on the data line both the routing information and said cells.
