titleOfInvention |
Potent peptide for stimulation of cytotoxic t lymphocytes specific for the hiv-1 envelope |
abstract |
The invention relates to peptides having high activity in triggering a cytotoxic T lymphocyte response to the HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp160. The invention also relates to the activation of the peptides of residues 12 to 15 by proteolytic degradation into shorter peptides, as well as to general techniques intended to characterize these activation methods. |
