Dressing comprising a continuous or discontinuous self-adhesive layer (2) without risk for the epidermis and coated on one side with a flexible and non-adhesive polymer film (1a) and optionally coated on the other side with a removable release layer ( 3). Said polymer film (1a) consists of an upper layer (4) of relatively hard material, as well as a lower layer (5) of relatively soft material; said lower layer (5) is thicker than the upper layer (4). The dressing has low surface friction and excellent flexibility. |
