abstract |
This invention relates to a subset of human composite antibodies 4VL, VHalphaTAG having strong affinities with a sialylated glycoprotein (TAG-72) high molecular weight tumor antigen (TAG-72). These antibodies have variable regions having (1) VL segments derived from the germline gene of human subgroup IV and (2) a VH segment capable of combining with VLs to form a three-dimensional structure capable of binding with TAG-72 . The invention also relates to methods of treatment and diagnostic test in vivo using these composite antibodies. |
