The subject of the present invention is an encapsulation method of the type consisting in: causing the substance to be encapsulated to flow inside a capillary duct (1), extruding said substance from said duct, axially coextruding a polymer solution at the periphery of said conduit in order to encapsulate the substance, which also consists in: segmenting the flow of substance to be encapsulated before its extrusion with a carrier fluid, lowering the temperature of the capsule formed, then exchanging the solvent contained in the polymer solution by a non-solvent. The invention also relates to a device allowing the implementation of the method of the invention. |
