titleOfInvention | Disposable injection device |
abstract | Disposable syringe (1) comprising a cylinder (2), a needle (6) and a sliding piston (4) housed in the interior space of the cylinder (2). This piston is kinematically connected to a rod (5) starting from the piston in the opposite direction to the needle (6). In the interior space (3) of the cylinder (2), a blocking system (7) is arranged between the piston (4) and the needle (6) with a blocking member (23), retained in a part of cylindrical housing through a preferably elastically deformable retaining element (17) into a receiving chamber (18). The retaining element (17) is housed at a certain distance (73) from a front side of an intake channel (42), which is opposite to it. This distance (73) is greater than a length parallel to the longitudinal direction of the syringe (1) or to a diameter (24) of the blocking member (23). The cylindrical housing (8) is divided by the retaining element (17) into a housing chamber (18) and a housing space (19) for the locking member (23). The housing chamber (18) opposite the piston (4) is closed by a front wall (9) of the housing casing (8) whose cylindrical extension (10) rests via an outer surface (56) on the inner surface (57) of the cylinder (2). The housing (14) is disposed in the recess (13) of the housing casing. The housing space (19) is designed to be open in the direction of the needle (6) or the inlet channel (42) leading to the needle (6). The blocking member (23) is housed between the retaining element (17) and the front wall (9) of the housing casing (8). |
