titleOfInvention Process for treating effluents from waste incinerating installations and product obtained by this process
abstract The present invention relates to a process for treating the effluents produced during the incineration of industrial and / or household waste, as well as the product resulting from this process.n n n According to this process, the acid gases contained in the fumes (6) produced by the incineration of waste are neutralized in a reactor (7) by an unsaturated basic solution, the gaseous heavy metals contained in the fumes are condensed and adsorbed on the solid particles entrained by the gas flow of said smoke, then these particles are filtered and separated from the gas phase in a dust collector (9). These solid particles consisting of the products of the acid gas neutralization reactions, the excess reagent and the fly ash are then sent to a washing (10) or vitrification (13) installation.n n n This process applies to the treatment of industrial and / or household waste, and makes it possible to obtain a solid residue free of soluble pollutants and presenting no danger to the natural environment.
