(a) mindestens ein Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen oder organischen Säure, (b) eine Verbindung der Formel I,n nworin R einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoff-Rest mit 1 bis 12 C-Atomen oder einen mit -O- Atomen unterbrochenen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoff-Rest mit 2 bis 12 C-Atomen bedeutet und n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5 bedeutet und (c) mindestens eine höhermolekulare Verbindung aus der Gruppe der Polynukleotide, Oligosaccharide, Proteine und makrozyklischen Metallkomplexe, nsowie deren Anwendung in der matrix-unterstützten Laserdesorptions-Massenspektro- skopie von Oligonukleotidsequenzen.The invention relates to a composition containing (a) at least one ammonium salt of an inorganic or organic acid, (b) a compound of the formula I, wherein R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 2 to 12 carbon atoms interrupted by -O atoms and n is a number from 1 to 5 and (c) at least one higher molecular compound from the group of polynucleotides, oligosaccharides, proteins and macrocyclic metal complexes, as well as their use in matrix-assisted laser desorption mass spectroscopy of oligonucleotide sequences. |
