abstract | (a) eines karbonisierten Magnesiumalkoholats der allgemeinen Formeln wobei R eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit bis zu 20 Kohlenstoffatomen und x eine Zahl von etwa 0,1 bis etwa 2 ist, mit (b) einer Halogensilanverbindung erhalten wird. Des weiteren wird ein Verfahren zur Polymerisation von α-Olefinen unter Verwendung des neuartigen hochaktiven Polymerisationskatalysators beschrieben. A highly active olefin polymerization catalyst for producing an α-olefin polymer with favorable properties is described. The catalyst is formed by reacting an organoaluminum cocatalyst and a selectivity regulator with a novel olefin polymerization procatalyst, which is prepared by reacting a tetravalent titanium halide and an electron donor with a novel solid procatalyst precursor, which in turn is reacted (a) a carbonated magnesium alcoholate of the general formula where R is a hydrocarbon group of up to 20 carbon atoms and x is a number from about 0.1 to about 2, with (b) a halosilane compound is obtained. Furthermore, a process for the polymerization of α-olefins using the novel, highly active polymerization catalyst is described. |
