The invention relates to quinobenzoxazine, quinobenzothiazines and pyrido-acridine derivatives, represented by formula (I), as well as to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, amides, and prodrugs. In formula (I), R1 represents hydrogen or a carboxy protecting group, R2 and R3 represent substituents, A represents oxygen, sulfur or carbon, Z represents a halogen or a group containing nitrogen, X represents hydrogen, halogen or alkyl, and W represents hydrogen, alkyl, amino or halogen. These compounds have a powerful antineoplastic power. |
