abstract | R¹ Alkyl R² Difluormethyl oder Trifluormethyl und R³ Alkyl bedeuten, nindem man Carbonsäurethioamide der Formel IIn n in welcher R¹ die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, mit 2-Chlor-4-fluoracetessigsäurealkylestern der Formel IIIn n in der R² und R³ die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, in einem aprotischen Lösungsmittel bei Temperaturen unter 100°C zur Reaktion bringt und mit einem wasserabspaltenden Mittel, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Basen, bei Temperaturen unter 80°C umsetzt.Process for the preparation of 2-alkyl-4-fluoromethylthiazolecarboxylic acid alkyl esters of the formula I. in which R¹ Alkyl R² Difluoromethyl or trifluoromethyl and R³ Alkyl mean, by using carboxylic acid thioamides of the formula II in which R¹ has the meaning given above, with 2-chloro-4-fluoroacetoacetic acid alkyl esters of the formula III in which R² and R³ have the meanings given above, reacting in an aprotic solvent at temperatures below 100 ° C. and reacting with a water-releasing agent, optionally in the presence of bases, at temperatures below 80 ° C. |
