a) organisch modifizierten SiO₂-Aerogelen in Gegenwart mindestens eines pyrolysierbaren Kohlenwasserstoffgases und/oder mindestens eines inerten Gases, oder b) organisch unmodifizierten SiO₂-Aerogelen in Gegenwart mindestens eines pyrolysierbaren Kohlenwasserstoffgases und gegebenenfalls inerten Gasen auf Temperaturen zwischen 600 und 1300°C, und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.SiO₂ aerogels containing carbon particles, obtainable by heating a) organically modified SiO₂ aerogels in the presence of at least one pyrolyzable hydrocarbon gas and / or at least one inert gas, or b) organically unmodified SiO₂ aerogels in the presence of at least one pyrolyzable hydrocarbon gas and optionally inert gases to temperatures between 600 and 1300 ° C, and processes for their preparation. |
