The invention relates to an endoprosthesis which has at least one hollow structure which can be implanted into a bone bed and is provided with openings, the hollow structure containing a filling which promotes bone growth, which consists of a material forming a porous matrix and which contains one or more peptide growth factors. Such a prosthesis shows improved healing behavior and has a longer service life. |
