abstract |
Highly purified factor XIII and methods of purification thereof. Said factor XIII is purified from a biological fluid, such as a cell lysate. The methods provide factor XIII compositions of greater than 99% purity with respect to contaminating proteins. Said methods also make it possible to obtain factor XIII compositions in which at least 1% of said factor is an activated factor XIII. |
