abstract |
The invention relates to a new organic derivative of a metal. This organic metal derivative is characterized in that it consists of a metal derivative preferably of valence at least equal to 3, with an organic compound comprising a phospholipid conferring a water-solubility or hydromiscibility on the organic derivative of said metal. Advantageously, this phospholipid comprising at least one unsaturated fatty acid of the alpha-linolenic or gamma-linolenic acid type. The organic metal derivatives according to the invention constitute precious biomediating agents and as such constitute active principles of pharmaceutical compositions having various activities and in particular an immunomodulatory activity. |
