A reaction vessel (24) and pre-treating vessels (21, 22, 23) are formed, and at least a part of partitioning walls of both of them is constituted as an optical waveguide body (11). An optical absorbent container (25) is formed adjacent to the reaction vessel (24) so that an optical measurement instrument can be formed integrally and a production process can be simplified. Because the optical absorbent is accommodated in the optical absorbent container (25), reflection components of excitation beams propagating through the optical waveguide body (11) and other optical noise components can be sufficiently reduced, and an S/N of optical measurement can be improved. |
