Compounds of formula (I), in which A denotes a valence, a straight or branched alkyl chain of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, X denotes a group -NR-CO- (amide) or -NR-CO-NR- (urea ) where R represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl residue, and Y denotes a straight or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which can be substituted by an aryl, hetaryl, aryloxy residue or arylthio, or alternatively denotes a cycloalkyl residue or an aryl radical in C3-C6, said aryl or hetaryl radicals being able to be substituted each, one to three times, in all possible positions on the cycle, by a CN, a hydroxy -methyl, methylenedioxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, C1-C4 alkyl, amino, C1-C4 acylamino, di- (C1-C4) -alkyl-amino, hydroxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, carboxyl, oxyacetic acid ethylester or nitro, provided that Y denotes only an unsubstituted phenyl when A has a meaning other than -CH2- or -CH2-CH2-, as well as their pha salts rmacologically acceptable, their manufacturing process and medicaments containing these compounds for the treatment of metabolic diseases. |
